Accommodation Reservations
To process your reservations, we use the external reservation system Previo. The data you provide when booking (name, contact details, address) is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the accommodation contract and complying with legal obligations (e.g., guest records for local fees and reporting the stay of foreigners).
Contact Forms
If you contact us via the form on the page https://nadrybniky.cz/en/contact-information/, we collect your name and e-mail address solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry. We do not use this data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service.
Cookies and Analytics
For traffic analysis and technical optimization of the website, we use Google Analytics and Google Search Console. These tools store anonymous cookies. If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name and e-mail address in cookies for your convenience (valid for 1 year).

How long we retain your data
Reservation data is kept for the period prescribed by law. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically. Data from contact forms is kept for the time necessary to handle the communication.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we correct or erase it. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Reservation data is securely processed within the Previa system.
