Wellness at Lake Lipno in Apartments Nad rybníky is currently being created

We have started building our own private wellness area directly at the apartments. It is a project we have been planning for a long time — and now it is finally growing before our eyes. If you are looking for accommodation at Lake Lipno with the possibility of evening relaxation, you will soon enjoy a whirlpool, sauna, and outdoor cooling in the quiet environment by the ponds.

Completion is planned for the end of September – so you will be able to warm up with us in October.

Wellness Stay Packages

You can already secure your autumn or winter getaway in advance. We have launched the sale of our discounted wellness stay packages, combining comfortable apartment accommodation with private hot tub and sauna access at the best rate.

We want to offer you accommodation at an even higher level. We are adding a wellness area to our apartments that couples, families with children, and groups of friends will appreciate. We are preparing a full-fledged wellness facility that will be directly accessible to the apartment guests.

Private wellness for 2 to 10 people

Forget overcrowded hotel wellness centers. We are building a space that you will be able to reserve entirely for yourself. Whether you are planning a romantic evening for two or quiet relaxation with friends, no one will disturb you in our private facilities.

HOW IT WILL LOOK

The entire space is designed with an emphasis on simplicity, comfort, and guest privacy. The wellness will be located directly within the apartment complex, so you don’t have to go anywhere – just put on a bathrobe and go.

We have confirmed the VEGA Comfort hot tub

We have signed a contract for the professional overflow hot tub VEGA Comfort. It is a commercial model with 59 massage jets, quiet operation and modern technology for clean water. The same type is used in wellness hotels.

The hot tub will be part of our private wellness area and will offer strong hydromassage, LED lighting and an advanced filtration system with a UV lamp for maximum hygiene.

The wooden structure is already in production

We have signed a contract with the construction company that is building the entire wellness facility for us. It is a modern wooden structure, and its frame is already being manufactured. At the same time, we have officially ordered the Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, and the complete outdoor cooling area, including the tub.

CURRENT CONSTRUCTION NEWS

28/8/2026 The shell is complete, interior work begins!
We have reached another milestone – the timber frame shell is fully built. Now we are moving fully indoors, where we are starting with spray foam insulation and interior preparations. The building will house a comfortable sauna and hot tub, making sure every inch of space is carefully utilized. The cooling area will be added in the next stage.

August 18, 2026 Foundation slab waterproofing completed.
We primed the foundation slab with bitumen and welded waterproofing bitumen sheets. The moisture protection is now complete and everything is ready for the construction itself.

15. 6. 2026 Landscaping and green surroundings.
Although we currently only have the foundation slab completed, the surrounding terrain is already fully landscaped and prepared exactly as it will be in the final stage. The whole area is already turning beautifully green, so by the summer season, you won’t even be able to tell that any construction took place here.

14. 5. 2026 The foundation slab is finished.
We have reached another important milestone. The pouring of the concrete slab went smoothly, providing a solid foundation for the structure of our future wellness facility.

17.4.2026 The foundations are finished.
The wellness center is starting to take its first shape. The concreting went smoothly, and we now have a solid base for the entire construction.

10. 4. 2026 Utility connections are ready.
We have completed a demanding stage – a total of 60 meters of excavations for water, sewage, and electricity lines. Everything has been successfully laid in the ground and is ready for the technical installation of our future wellness center at Lake Lipno.

The wellness is currently under construction and we will gradually add more photos.
