1. Arrival, departure and parking
When can we check in and when must we leave the apartment?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive later, please let us know in advance. On the day of departure (check-out), we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.
Do I have to fill in the online check-in in advance?
It is not mandatory; it only serves to save you time upon arrival. If you are unable to upload your documents, we will handle everything in person on-site.
Where can I park my car?
Parking is free for guests directly within the closed and fenced area, which is protected by an automatic gate with remote control.
2. Equipment and services
What can we find in the kitchen? Do we need to bring coffee or dishwasher tablets?
You don’t need to bring anything. The kitchens are fully equipped, including a dishwasher and an automatic coffee machine. Whole bean coffee is provided by us for free throughout your stay. Dishwasher tablets and dish soap are a matter of course.
Are towels and bed linen included in the price?
Yes, clean bed linen and towels are always prepared for you and included in the price of your stay.
How comfortable is the sofa bed?
Our sofas in the living rooms are designed for daily sleeping. When unfolded, they offer a full-sized and comfortable bed measuring 160 x 200 cm.
Do you have storage for bikes and skis?
Yes, we have a secure lockable room for your bikes, e-bikes, and skis, accessible only to staying guests.
3. Children, pets and relaxation
Is the area suitable for families with children?
Absolutely! The area is fenced and safe. Children have access to a giant trampoline, sandbox, zip line, carousel, and a playhouse with a slide. We are happy to lend you a baby cot for free.
Can we come with a dog?
Yes, we are happy to welcome dogs by prior arrangement. The fee for a pet is 200 CZK / night.
When is the pool in operation?
Our outdoor heated saltwater pool with a enclosure is in operation during the summer season from June to September. Thanks to the enclosure, you can swim even in poor weather.
4. Food, grilling and restaurants
How does your pergola and grilling work?
A covered pergola with a summer kitchen and top-quality grills is available for you. In our self-service bar, you will find draft beer, lemonade, and a fridge with meat for the grill (steaks, sausages) from a local butcher.
Are there benefits for guests at the Fish Restaurant?
Yes! Our renowned Fish Restaurant Hůrka is just a few steps from the apartments. Our guests receive a free homemade lemonade with their main course.
Are there other dining options nearby?
Yes, if you want a change, just 100 meters behind our gate you will find Restaurace Na Návsi. If you prefer comfort directly in your apartment, we recommend the great pizza from Pizzerie pod Břízkami, which regularly delivers to us.
5. Fishing at our ponds
- Do I need a fishing permit?
At our private pond (Hůrka Trout Fishery) right behind the fence, you do not need a state license or permit. We fish in the “catch and eat” style. We are happy to lend you all the equipment.
- Can we fish with you even if we are not staying?
Yes, our private ponds are open to the public and guests from the surrounding area. (Note: We do not handle permits for the Lipno state fishing grounds).
6. Payment and cancellation conditions
- What are the cancellation conditions if I have to cancel my stay?
Cancellation is completely free if done more than 21 days before arrival. If you cancel later, the following fees apply:- 21 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation price.
- Less than 3 days before arrival: 75% of the reservation price.
In case of early termination of the stay, the paid amount is not refunded.
- Can I insure myself against the cancellation fee?
Yes, we highly recommend it. You can take out stay cancellation insurance with specialized insurance companies such as Ergo or Allianz. The insurance will protect you from fees in case of illness or other unexpected events.
