We have personally tested this route with children. A relaxing ride on the flat along the water, stops for swimming and ice cream, and a ferry return as the highlight.
A sports circuit for fitter cyclists. It starts with a relaxing descent along the Vltava River past the Devil's Wall, followed by a challenging climb and a return by ferry across Lipno.
An international circuit for the more demanding. Ride along the Schwarzenberg Canal, cross the border into Austria under Hochficht, and return by ferry across Lipno.
